Thailand NGV

Not only Malaysia and Singapore, Thailand is more and more extensively converting their cars to NGV despite of rumours of 41% increase of NGV price in 2009 and shortage of filling stations.

(Yeah, Thailand and Malaysia called it NGV. Singapore and the rest of the world called it CNG).

The ministries promised to double the station, also by 2009. Taxi drivers must be the happiest person.

Apparently, Thai people will get a 10% insurance discounts if they switched to NGV. Another factor, despite of high crude oil price, Thailand setup a special NGV loans for businesses. Unlike Malaysia, they’re still unsure to offer these kind of loans except for OCBC and Naza partnership.

Yes NGV or CNG is eco friendly too and promises direct obliteration of carbon gases which would melt the polar ice caps. US, EUR, AUS, NZ, SIN, TH, Brazil, Arg, IND, Japan, IL, Korea, China, Russia, CIS etc must take initiave in NGV or CNG so as to reduce dependence on oil which are very harmful for humans (carbon emission wise) and environment.
Thanks
